Releasing equity - affordability check

I was wanting to find out if it’s possible to release equity on my current mortgage, assuming the value has in fact gone up, without an affordability check?
My LTV was 90% so assuming the value has gone up would it be possible to draw some equity out considering my salary has gone down since the initial mortgage?
This is for a regular resi mortgage.
Thanks
