in Shop but don't drop
Hi, does anyone know the email address to Hermes as I need to contact them about a delivery which I haven't received, I have looked for a phone number but I can't seem to find any contact number or email address for them, the live chat is useless as it's always busy.

    You need to contact who you ordered from and not Hermes, they will just tell you to do that.

    I had the same thing and they told me that my contract is with who I purchased the item from and not the courier.
