I have requested CCAs too. Virgin have written back to me with a copy of the CCA which was valid at the time I took out the CC but it is NOT signed by me - does that mean that it is unenforceable? If so, do I then tell them that I know it is unenforceable?
Thank you
No it’s valid, there is no requirement within the consumer credit act for a signature on a copy credit agreement.

Is it worth sending a CCA request if you dont have a fund set up to offer a F&F?
Or best to wait until you have something, just in case it turns out to be unenforceable?0 -
Just an update and some next step advice required
So having decided to come away from Stepchange and tackle our debts ourselves as well as try and build our credit score back up we are making 2020 a year to really go for it
So on our list of creditors we had 8 listed
One has been totally paid off
4 we have set up a monthly payment plan with 3 of them being totally cleared after 12 monthly payments
That leaves 3 left - now looking through our paperwork we dont seem to have any correspondence at all from these and since leaving our DMP with SC we have had no contact from them chasing payment
My question is then what do we do about these 3 on our list?0 -

Sourcrates has mentioned above to check if the debts are enforceable, so unless you checked you may be paying the unenforceable ones, leaving the enforceable ones to escalate.
Have you checked the other sides paperwork with a CCA request or a prove-it letter?
As an aside there is an issue with this thread where people are dropping in and out. Perhaps the mods will separate them so the OP does not get misleading information.Unlike some here, I am not omniscient. If I am wrong correct me. I won't take offence.
