  • My kids aren't big sandwich fans so we plan the days as:
    1. jacket potato with filling
    2. pasta dish or beans or stew or chilli
    3. soup and crackers
    4. pie/chicken drumstick/pizza with salad
    5. sandwich - wraps or pitta usually

    In the summer I do less hot stuff and more pasta or rice salads.

    Like the sausage idea - will have a go at that

    Unfortunately, our school don't allow any hot food, so no soup :confused: Tend to alternate between sandwiches, bagels, crackers and cheese, and wraps.
