Makeover and Photoshoot????

Just had a phone call from Skylite Studio to say that I have won tickets for 5 people for a make over and photo session. He explained that I needed to pay £30 deposit which is refunded on the day....having a really shi**y day and so I have paid it....feel really annoyed with myself....anyway spoke to my mum and we are going to all go and they will take DD1 round London for the day. Not going to take my CC with me so wont be tempted to buy the pictures after so it might be nice to be pampaered and have my hair done. trying to convince myself here!!!
Anyway not going until March so will let you all know if its a total scam or not :rolleyes:

I do think however that they are going to give you the hard sell, a win is a win and you shouldnt have to pay anything. I "won" something like this and as soon as they asked for a deposit I said thanks but no thanks.

Just had the phonecall from Nadia offering me up to 5 tickets - wanted deposit now - couldnt book a date off top of my head so suggested that they pass them to someone else.

Said already booked a lady from Birmingham for 5
