Advice- insta comp win

Hi all. Hope we're all being lucky in the advents. So....I won a prize off skinade on Instagram and they tagged me in their story as a winner. I messaged them straight away saying thank you and do they need my details etc. Well the company is rarely online, they've read my message yet haven't responded at all
So im just wondering if anyone has won with these or any advice on what I can do. Im sure it says somewhere to contact them within 24 hours which I did.

Would it be possible to message them on one of their other social media sites, which they might use more often?

I've won with them before on twitter & had no problems, however one of the other winners had real problems & didn't receive their prize.

I would contact them again on Instagram with your name address & telephone number ( that's what they requested from me ) Stating which day of the advents you won.
