Anyone been accepted through a broker with NatWest for AIP then turned down?

Have you asked you broker why it failed?"It is prudent when shopping for something important, not to limit yourself to Pound land/Estate Agents"

Used a local broker. It hasn’t yet failed. Its now at underwriting.
My credit history is fine. Hubby has mortgage arrears over 29 months ago, as tenants in his buy to let didn’t pay, plus a default from 2014.
Just wanted to see what other people have been declined for through underwriting.0
