Anyone been accepted through a broker with NatWest for AIP then turned down?

Not sure what underwriters are specifically looking at!

    which broker did you use?

Have you asked you broker why it failed?

  • Used a local broker. It hasn’t yet failed. Its now at underwriting.

My credit history is fine. Hubby has mortgage arrears over 29 months ago, as tenants in his buy to let didn’t pay, plus a default from 2014.

Just wanted to see what other people have been declined for through underwriting.
