I cannot contact the MSE help site

I saw this "New House, same home" and tried to update my email address. I can't log on now as it didn't recognise my log in password. I've tried to change my password but it ays my email address and say it doesn't recognise me as a Forum Chat user. I've tried to email the webmaster@moneysavingexpert.com and it's pinged back as undeliverable. I'm tearing my hair out! I DO have access to the MSE site using my crappy laptop but Im loathe to "update my email address" as I'll never get back in!!! HELP. Who do I contact?

Try posting in the site feedback section of the forum - one of the board guides might spot it and get an answer for you.

Have you tried the "how to contact us" thing on the top right?
It says If you've tried the contacts above and still need help with the forum you can escalate the problem to the Senior Forum Team. ……... We will ONLY respond if you've already tried a route above and included the relevant reference number from the auto-reply (eg #1234567)
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.

I had the same red banner come up yesterday, but I misread it, I thought it said to register your current email address otherwise from 2020 you won't be able to sign in, I understood that to mean if I had changed my email address in the past I had to make sure my new email address is updated on their records!!! I didn't see that it said I had to re-register my email, so when I clicked the link it all came up ok, so I didn't do anything, and now I am in the same predicament as Maggie as I can't find anything. I wish I'd read things properly.!!

I'm reading it as " make sure your email address in your profile is up to date"

I'm thinking it will be used for initial Login to the new forum platform.

There is a thread about it on site feedback

The exact same thing happened to me yesterday. I thought I had to update my password, not my email address but when I tried it wouldn't let me, saying it didn't tally with my original password. I spy trouble ahead when everything moves over. 'Improvements' generally lead to chaos, or am I just being cynical?

Thank you, I'm hoping that's what they mean and that if your email address is up to date you don't have to do anything. I can't find the site feedback item you refer to. Would you possibly be able to post the link please. Thank you
