Title documents & Contract received, signed, sent back and received by solicitor
Mortgage deed signed sent and received by solicitor
Searches have come back
Our solicitor has submitted some enquiries which we'll need to wait to come back.
What's next after this?
What time frame did everyone else get their enquiries back after?
Put an offer on the house on the 4th of November so things are moving rather quickly

Depends on how good the other solicitor is and if the responses are acceptable to your solicitor. Also depends on what the enquiries are. Might take a day, might take 6 months. Literally impossible to say

Once the enquiries come back the solicitor may raise more on the back of the information received, may be happy with what they have, or may have to report to the lender if anything relevant comes up.
