Savings for LTV 90%

Hello,
I am considering to buy a property around £700k.
How much do I need to save for LTV 90%?
- £70k deposit
- £46k stamp duty (additional property, but first time in UK)
- £Xk for extra fees
=> about £120k in total?
Do I need to provide proof for deposit + stamp duty + extra fee?
Would be able to provide proof for deposit, and then, would need additional months for stamp duty,
How long does usually it takes to complete a house purchase at London?
Thanks
