House to rent in Rathmore area of Bangor

I've seen a really lovely little semi-detached bungalow to rent in Rathmore Park, Bangor West. It's in fantastic order and well insulated so inexpensive to heat.
Am very tempted but I don't know the area at all. Is anyone familiar with it? Would you recommend living there?

Bangor West is lovely. We’ve lived here for 28 years. Town centre is handy, there are also plenty of local shops. Neighbours are nice and it’s pretty quiet.0
