    For a quick and easy breakfast try a smoothie with added protein to keep you fuller for longer.
  • I used to use Myfitnesspal but switched to Lifesum. Although I used to be a bit skeptical about tracking macros (not saying it's not effective, it's just not good for my relationship with food), adding the foods you've eaten and tracking my excercise gives this responsibility feeling.
