I think its just been a bit quieter because its been christmas and everyone has been really busy due to that but a new year means everyone will be really enthusastic.

Batgirl......PLEASE dont give up on us...honest, its only quiet because christmas is such a hard month. January will be the month that everyone will need it and will be so focused. I bet we will have LOADS of newcomers to the site and the thread in January so please, please do it!!! In fact, post it now so its up there and ready to go.......

you lot sound like my kids and I bet most of you are older than me ( I'm 28), and I will say what I say to them........"Ok then" ( I love an easy life). I will post a new thread and we'll see how we go, i have been a bit lack lustre this month due to completing my challenge early, there being no mystery shops at all, having visitors for 2.5 weeks before xmas and not having my beloved laptop. But I think your right, a new year and a fresh start, i am feeling really excited about my January money making rush. Every September and January I always have a big money making splurge, checking that everything we have is with the cheapest provider, shopping around a bit and being a bit more careful, so hopefully others will be feeling this way. If not we'll just do it by ourselves, as long as we update every 1 to 2 days ( providing my laptop is fixed and all being well etc etc ) then even if it is just a few people we will be enough motivation I think.

I'll start the thread now, so please look out for it and I'll go through this months thread and PM some of the other people to let them know I'm starting one today.

I better see you all there bright eyed and bushy tailed :j

batgirl....a suggestion. Would it be helpful on the first post of each month to get a list of everyone taking part and then at the end of the month, edit it to show the amounts they managed to make? I know its quite a bit of extra work but I think it is quite motivating to see how many people achieve the target, who goes above and who struggles.....(and therefore who we can help along the following month.....)

You lot have really made me laugh with your pleas, I started a new challenge last night and logged on today and there are already 2 pages of posts on it :eek: so you were all right a new challenge has been welcomed.

I have thought before about adding peoples names on the first page to say who is in the challenge but i have been to lazy, but seeing as I won post of the month November for this thread I feel I should earn my money so I will do it for the Januray thread.
