Anyone else having trouble submitting?
Keeps telling me that there's an error and it's been highlighted below, but it doesn't highlight anything.

Note that if there's a validation error it wipes out some of the checked options too so make sure everything is selected again before re-submitting.

I can't get it to work, it keeps unticking the T&Cs when I hit submit

Make sure you select the button for the option you choose then complete the field with the personalised bit. Typing in your text does not activate the option.
