    I know several people who started off their career with multinationals this way. If the time spent in each location is 12 months, then no employer is going to put you up for that length of time. They may help you with moving, but they will expect you to find your own place to live.

    Most people applying for graduate schemes will be straight out of university and very unlikely to have a mortage. Any other financial commitment is not going to be tied to one location.
