After registering it errors: "Sorry, but you are not eligible to enter this competition. You are not in a user group which permits you to enter competitions." I can enter some of the other competitions on the page with no problems though so maybe it is just a glitch.0

Some competitions require you to be signed up to the newsletter. Click your account name at the top, select Preferences, then check the Receive Newsletters option. That worked for me.0
