Choosing between mulitple enrolements

I've been autoenrolled 3 times, twice by the same company with the same provider because I had a break in employment (trying to combine those was confusing so I never got around to it), then again by a new employer. Can I pick just one and combine them, and how do I choose between these things?

You may be better posting in the main pension section as hardly anyone uses this section. We have asked the board to remove it many times but they havent yet.

By analysing the different options available and deciding which one is best. Or pay an IFA to do it for you (unlikely to be viable if the amounts are small).and how do I choose between these things?0
