    I have started to add that to our letters now after seeing it crop up a few times on this site.     Is that a compliance requirement or just your best practice after being stung in the past? I like the idea of sending the FF and App but never done that. Only send the RWL generally.
    Our network adopted our paperless/signatureless approach and we agreed on the documents which would be issued and how a response would be required and logged.

    It works well although the number of daft issues we get because of how lenders populate their pdfs frustrates. EG - Halifax puts case creation date as date of moving to current home because we leave the "more than three years ago" radio button pressed.
