Fantastic offer but are they any good? It would be great if one could keep the cylinder model and take the upright back! Do you think they'd do that?

in nantgraw makro loads of people take things back after 11months and say they are broken and get a refund.
Im to lazy and will this come back to bite you on the bum at a latter date ?.
