Adecco - Calculating AdHoc Holiday

Hi folks, I'm new to this forum so apologies if I post anything in the wrong place.
I currently work for a company via Adecco recruitment agency on an AdHoc basis. I work 12 hour shifts which can be days or nights - whatever is available. The amount of 12 hour shifts I work per week can vary as it depends on what's available each week. I try to work 3 shifts per week (36 hours) when I can.
My reason for writing this post is to find out from any other AdHoc Adecco workers or Adecco staff exactly how accrued holiday is calculated. I want this information so I can calculate my accrued holiday days myself to compare with what my advisor calculates. So if my advisor calculates my holiday wrong (as he often does it on paper manually) I will know this. Unfortunately Adecco do not currently have any documents that explain to AdHoc staff how to do this, so if anyone on here knows it will be useful and very much appreciated.
Thank you for your help

Adecco is a huge a recruitment agency so is very likely to use the industry standard approach to holiday pay.
That is add 12.05% to the gross wages.
It'll either be paid straight away or accrue to new taken when you want it.0 -
Your advisor wont be calculating your holiday pay. Adecco's payroll systems will be.0

Apologies it's 12.07% not 12.05%..
So if you earn £1000 in a month pre tax, you get £120.70 pre tax in holiday pay.0
