Have been told I could find some advice here.
I have a timber framed house with a single brick outer wall with no flat roof or solar panels etc.
Market value of approx £300k built in 1985.
I approached two brokers, replied saying his lenders would not release equity, the other did not reply after giving the description of the property.
Has anyone managed to get equity release on the same type of property and who were the lenders.
