Section 75 - 2 credit cards

My wife and I purchased a service online which cost an amount within the Section 75 limits of £100 and £30,000. The company providing the service then went bust. The contract was in my wife's name - she paid a portion of the cost on her credit card, with the balance being paid on my credit card. What does Section 75 say about this - are we supposed to claim 100% of the cost from my wife's credit card, in the same way as we would be doing if the balance had been paid, say, by cheque, or do the regulations state that we need to make claims on both credit cards for the respective amounts? Or are we unable to claim on my credit card as my name is not on the supplier contract?
