We're celebrating our unique Viking heritage and the world famous fire festival - Up Helly Aa. On the last Tuesday of January, Up Helly Aa kicks off in Lerwick, Shetland's capital. Have you experienced it?
Each year, we create a limited edition gin to celebrate that encapsulates the festival in a bottle.
Up Helly Aa 2019 is a blend of 4 different casks that have all previously contained whiskies from some of the most prestigious distilleries in Scotland (Aberlour, Glenlivet, Glen Garioch). Ocean Sent gin was filled into the casks at 60% and is aged for up to three months before being bottled and hand sealed with red wax.0 -
