  • If they or someone else only allowed you £12k you could borrow that then restructure the £3k to make it more affordable

    Make £2024 in 2024...
  • They are with specific 2nd charge lenders. Rates are higher and not remortgaging on to a lower rate in the future couod leave a 15k debt costing you many times that in interest.

    However, if you are desperate to do this it may be worthwhile exploring in more detail.

    Get some advice from a broker and see what the numbers look like
