Need to buy a £20 physical PlayStation gift card, is there any way to get a discount? Do any of the supermarkets/toy shops ever discount them?

Simple answer is nope.

Sometimes online code vendors like cdkeys offer a few pence off one but you don't get a physical card just a code to download, but in the high street you're paying £20 for a £20 voucher, if the store offers a discount they're losing money, so they simply don't do it.

You wouldn't go to a bank and offer them £15 quid for a £20 note, you'd get laughed out the door, same principle really.

Thanks for reply, will just go buy one and not hold out for any 'discounts'! Fed up at moment of buying things then seeing a discount code couple days later!

Scraping the barrel but you might be able to get a few pence back going through a cashback site

Buy a PlayStation Store gift card from an online retailer, and they will email you a code to redeem via our digital store on your PS4 console or via any web browser.
