Men's Tweed Suits

Hi.
I ordered a pair of men's boots from Men's Tweed Suits on 17th November. They were never dispatched as they never had them in stock. I rang the company and got through to the number they gave and the guy I spoke to said they would refund my money. He didn't and now when I try to chase it up none of their numbers are in service, they are not replying to my facebook messages to their page, nor to my emails. Hope someone can advise me what to do. They are still updated their facebook page every day so I don't understand why I can't get a response. Not sure what I should do next? I know I can take the case up with my credit card but they won't do anything for 30 days and I need the money back now! Would it be worth contacting Trading Standards as I'm worried this may be a bogus company and don't want anyone else losing their money before Christmas....
