can mortgage be "reviewed"/"revalued" during fixed period

Hi
I am planning for an extension (+ sq m) to my house in next 1-2 years, which would certainly increase the value.
if I happen to be on FIXED period mortgage whilst the extension is completed, would I be able to request the existing lender to revalue the house, within the fixed term (and effectively lower the monthly mortgage payment)?
Thanks
F

You could. However there would be an early redemption fee to exit the existing product. Which would more than likely erase any benefit from doing so.0
