That is their business model, anyone who disagrees has never turned to them for a loan, well done for paying them off, unfortunately they cover their tracks better than tarmac, take the hit, learn from the mistake, and move on.
You also have to take into consideration that a lot of their potential customers will independently falsify or otherwise glamorize their income details to meet the criteria. The blame cannot be solely on the business.
I am sure that they know it happens and do not use the amount of checks that they could use to validate I&E figures but people need to take some self-discipline and not take on debt which they cannot afford regardless of the company. I understand that parents in particular with children will agree to anything to put food on the table and I completely sympathize with that, but there are also people who are not in the same level of dire but take on credit without considering the intention of paying it back on the expected terms and then spin the blame on the creditor.Advice provided from this account does not consist of any professional knowledge.
