Hi Yesterday we received an unsolicited delivery from a major retailer. The item in question is worth about £500. We have e mailed a senior manager at their head office as we don't know what area of the organisation is responsible for it. We have yet to receive a reply. 1) Keep them SAFE for 6 months from date of delivery. You don't have to send any more reminders as long as you have copies of the originals already sent.
2)You cannot charge a storage fee.
3)If you have not heard from them within 6 months you can consider them yours.

Also you don't have to arrange to send the goods back - it is up to the company to COLLECT them at a mutually convenient time for you.
