Choosing a Winner:

There will be 1 lucky winner for the Prize Draw. The winner for the Prize Draw will be randomly selected through a computer generated process.
The winner of the Prize Draw will be contacted by email on or before 7 August 2019.
Winners’ details will be published online and may be used in future marketing activities and by submitting an entry entrants are consenting to their details being published online

The Prizes

The lucky winner will win a pair of return flights with Jet2.com from and to one of the UK airports from which Jet2 directly flies (excluding flights to and from New York).
The prize flight must be booked by 14 August 2019 and travel to and from destination must be taken on or after 1 September 2019 with all return travel to the UK completed by 31 October 2020. If the prize is not claimed by the redemption date, it will be deemed forfeited and Jet2.com reserves the right to award the prize to another randomly selected entry.
The prize is subject to Jet2.com's terms and conditions which can be found at http://www.jet2.com/terms ("Terms and Conditions").
One item of checked baggage per person up to 22kg is included. No optional flight/ board/ accommodation/ transfer supplements are included in the prize and these must be paid for by the winner at the time of booking for all the travelling party. Travel insurance is not included. Winners are advised to take out their own insurance.
The prize must be taken by the prize winner (who must be over the age of 18) along with their selected travel companions, subject to the maximum number of passengers specified within the applicable prize details. Flights must be taken at the same time from the same airport.
Flights are subject to availability and may not be taken at peak periods such as Christmas, New Year and Bank/School Holidays. A full list of restricted dates are available at: http://www.jet2.com/promotions/. Prize flights are limited on the flights operated by Jet2.com and may be unavailable even if there is general availability on a particular flight.
Jet2.com reserves the right (but shall be under no obligation) to offer an alternative flight at any time to the equivalent prize value.
Flights may be changed or cancelled by Jet2.com for administrative reasons without prior notice. Please note that Jet2.com’s schedules are not guaranteed.
Flights may not be exchanged for cash and are non-transferable.
All passengers must have a valid passport to travel, and must meet all relevant visa and/or other entry requirements

The entry date definitely says before 16 February 2020 so I don't think it is from last year.  Maybe they just forgot to revise their terms and conditions.
