Football programmes

I know this has popped up a couple of times in threads in the past but was hoping for a bit of advice on selling football programmes.
I have inherited about 500 Arsenal football programmes, dating back to the 70s.
I wanted to avoid the Ebay, gumtree route and I have signed up to a couple of Football programme sites but was wondering if anyone had any ideas.
I wrote to Arsenal Football Club but they weren't interested!
I also have acquired nearly 1000 paperbacks - crime thrillers mainly.
So will be frequenting charity shops to try and dispose of these.

You need a programme fair, there must be plenty around London. They aren’t worth a lot though and can be really hard to shift.0 -
There are probably a lot of "run of the mill" league programmes that might be from 50p to maybe £1.50. Programmes for FA/European Cup matches are usually worth a bit more.0

Try a lower end bricks and mortar auction house. Football programmes are rarely worth more than pennies now though, you might walk away with £10 for the lot after fees if you are lucky, unless you have any that have something special about them. I actually dumped the last lot I had in the paper recycling bin (the auctioneer put a crate in with a different lot that I wanted so I had to take them).I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
