I have a debt with cap quest since 2011 been paying a token payment for years then I stopped.drysdenfairfax then took me to court for a ccj I made an offer which was rejected. I looked up my statements for cap quest and from day one my balance was zero .Then after about 30 payments a figure appeared shouldn't this figure be from day one when I made the first payment how do I stand pleas. Looks to me like I owed them nothing

The problem you have is that the opportunity to challenge was at court. Is there any reason why you did not defend the claim. For example, did you not get the papers as they were sent to another address (quite common)?Unlike some here, I am not omniscient. If I am wrong correct me. I won't take offence.
