Spending Nectar Points

Does any MSEr know if you can purchase alcohol and gift vouchers at Sainsburys and pay for these with Nectar points?

I've gone through the Nectar and Sainsburys websites and can only find info stating you don't 'earn' Nectar points on these purchases but I have a lot of Nectar points I would like to use up 'spending' on these products.

You are unable to collect Nectar points on savings stamps, spirits and liqueurs, car park tickets, vending machines, cashback, postage stamps, gift vouchers/cards, first stage baby milk products, National Lottery products and related, tobacco and related products, LloydsPharmacy products, mobile phone cards/vouchers or concessions.
From time to time we may exclude other products but we'll always let you know.


Unable to Spend
You are unable to spend points on LloydsPharmacy products, any items that are bought at the tobacco kiosk or any gift vouchers/cards.
