How long will my veg soup keep for??

Hi
I've been using my slow cooker to make a HUGE batch of veg soup for my lunches at work (mmmmmmmmm, warming and healthy...).
I make it on Sunday and portion it up for the week and stick a couple of portions in the fridge and the rest in the freezer for later in the week.
But to be honest, it's a pain freezing it especially as our freezer is currently bulging under the weight of Christmas food.
My question:-
Would my soup be ok if I storred it in the fridge all week instead of freezing?
I only use veg to make it - no milk or butter - so is it likely to 'go off' in the space of a week??????

if its in the fridge it should be fine - after all its only five days really - just make sure you reheat it thoroughly to be on the safe side!0
