This is absolute crap as well, posted by someone who thinks they know everything but in reality know's nothing.
There would of been a specification written based on the current building regulations and these would not have been broken, value engineering would of taken place but the the regulations would have still been met.
If they weren't then you are talking prison time. In my experience councils and government bodies are the hardest people to deal with when it comes to even trying to VA a project.0 -
Clearly not Boris since it happened before he became PM, he was too busy running London.........so how can he be blamed. You could blame Kensington Council which the Tories ran, but it happened before Boris was PM, he was just running London......(well that was the logic behind every other problem he was asked about on the Marr show.Few people are capable of expressing with equanimity opinions which differ from the prejudices of their social environment. Most people are incapable of forming such opinions.0
