    If you have spare income I'd overpay on the loan to save interest, rather than on the 0% credit cards. The risk is that the credit cards go onto their standard rate in 18 months time, which would be higher than the loan, and you cannot get any balance transferred.

    You're in a sound position with the equity in your home, but you've ran out of road in terms of consumer finance. I don't know what you're looking at carwise, but you may need to reduce your ambitions. You might get a better deal on car finance from a dealer than on a loan. They can be more relaxed with credit checking, as it is secured on the car. There still would be a question for me about whether it is sensible going deeper in.

    I also can't see a loan happening, the loan at 16% is more than likely the best you can get.
    Look at your finances and cut your spending, look at your bills eg utilities, watch Martins show from last night.
  • Remember if it helps you can post an SOA over on DFW and we can take a look and see where you might be able to make savings to pay things down at a faster rate than you are currently.
