Recommend a gaming PC for 14 year son to buy on Black Friday weekend £5-600 ish max

I think he mainly wants it for playing Fortnite & Minecraft online with his friends.

Will it connect to the PC via HDMI cable ... ie is that how these normally work?
I believe the monitor comes with a hdmi cable.
