Bank still chasing payment after BR

Options
Hello
I was made bankruptcy in may 2019. All the letters from my creditors have stopped apart from one from Lloyd’s credit card (I only defaulted on the month I went bankrupt and the debt was included with my bankruptcy)

What’s the best way to deal with this? Shall I write or email Lloyd’s with my bankruptcy order and covering letter or should I send the letter direct to my OR for them to sort out?

Just write yourself with a copy of the order. If they don’t stop, then ask the OR to write to them.

I was getting plenty of letters and calls following my bankruptcy. I just sent them a copy of the BRO with a cover letter stating that they should get in touch with my OR if they require anything further. With phone calls (I was getting more of those than the letters) I just stated that I was bankrupt and they asked for the BRO number and then that usually ended any contact from them.
