Stamp duty - Scotland

Hi,
I'm looking for some advice. This refers to properties in Scotland.
I am married and between my wife and I we have three houses in our names. None of which are our main residence. They are all rental properties. One house is in my name and the other two are in my wife's name.
If we were to buy our first property to live in together, how much stamp duty would we be liable to pay?
Also if I were to sell my house and buy a house in my name, would I be liable for the stamp duty on my wife's properties?
Thanks for you help and advice.

There's a calculator here. You'd be selecting "yes" for the Additional Dwelling Supplement.
You'd be liable for the LBTT on the property you'd be purchasing, at the ADS rates. You don't get separate "allowances" as a married couple. Also if I were to sell my house and buy a house in my name, would I be liable for the stamp duty on my wife's properties?0
