Is it possible to salary sacrifice additional contributions into a LGPS or even salary sacrifice into a SIPP of my choice?

For LGPS salary sacrifice additional pension contributions you will probably need to be a member of the LGPS which offers AVCs through AVCwise.
Your LGPS provider will have details of their AVC partners.0 -
Presumably, you work for an authority which offers salary sacrifice, as not all do.
You'd need to check with your employer which flavour of AVCs they offer. There will be a DC or DB option, or both.
