Already redeemed £1 Game Pass Ultimate subscription - any way to get another?

I took up the £1 trial month of Game Pass Ultimate in the summer, not realising the benefits of stacking Xbox Live before getting it.
I now have nearly 3 years' worth of Xbox Live (got the 3 months for £7 offer and also the £10 free credit), is there any way I can get Game Pass Ultimate without paying £10.99 for the first month? I can see a 14 day trial on CDKeys for £3.49, is that my best option (and would that work)?

There was an offer where you could convert your Xbox Live into Ultimate Game pass, have a look if it's still on offer.
