Has anyone used heated servers and would you recommend them, I'm thinking of using them for the veg.

Thankyou, theres one on groupon as well, with three separate pots. I'm tempted by it just for the slow cooker.
I was looking at this one as an electric server, but not sure if they are just another thing that I think I may need.

I must admit I am put off by where to store it when it's not in use.
I like the idea of doing the veg and keeping it in there until its needed.
I also like this one as it can be used without the dishes.0 -
These are what I use -

If the link doesn't work it's heated by tea lights.0 -
I once had a hostess trolley. Never ever used it.0

If you search eBay for Salton and warming / hot / heated tray
would one of those suit to stand casserole dishes of veg on?
At least they are compact and useful for other things like warming plates and cups.0 -

They did use it for dinner parties, although it's only really suitable for foods that won't be ruined by a bit of condensation. They've had a lot more use out of it as a spacious storage cupboard for their best crockery: it's been disguised with a large doily and a fruit bowl for the last 25 yearsValue-for-money-for-me-puhleeze!

I always think of the late Victoria Wood when hostess trolley is mentioned:D0
