Ex partner Bankruptcy and shared home

Hi. My ex partner has defaulted on 3 debts now. 1 credit card at £8600, 1 at £1500 and an unpaid bill of £120. I didn't know about them until i tried to remortgage the house we have as we had split up and i was going to leave. The mortgage advisor said her credit card is at stage 6. I'm not too sure what that means.
How long will it take before she is made bankrupt, will we lose the house? I am struggling to remortgage it in both our names like she wants so i am trying to buy her out but she does not want to do that. We live in Scotland and have 2 young boys.
