Sorry about your car Laura. I'm going to try not to spend as much time on MSE today because I have loads to do. And (I can hear my old English teacher shouting 'you started a sentence with 'AND'???) in any case, there have been certain threads that have wound me up to the point where I don't really want to be here as much. I've already pretty much stopped updating my diary, because I feel sort of embarrassed about it now. Sigh......probably just hormonal......will be less miserable later I promise.

PS....don't reply.....I would hate to be seen as attention seeking......

And then he's going to see Status Quo on Friday night, so guess who's feeling a bit billy! Probably as well actually, means I can do the Chrimbo cards without him saying "have we sent one to such & such?"

Thats as profound as it gets here today. But seriously that thread was a bit of a troll if you ask me. Someone knows what topic always gets people's backs up. Well balls, because no one demands my time and tells me what I can and can't read or chat about. I'll keep bumping your diary till you flippin update it. All of you!

I can leave my car unlocked with the keys in at Asda or Mr T's and it is still there  but it is a 10yr old Hi-an-dri :D

And I've forgotten how many times I used to answer the door to my postie holding my front door keys on a Saturday morning, after I've been out with my mates the night before....:o

But DF had his car done in a hotel carpark, along with 7 others, during an England footie match a few years ago....all these guys rushing to watch the game, left their laptops in the cars....he takes it everywhere now!

Sorry about your car Laura. I hope the police catch the toe rags!

I am feeling quite perky today as I will definatly be able to pay off my 600 sofa at the end of next week. Is it ok to say that or is it bragging/scrounging or attention seeking? I have seen several comments where lovely posters are upset and are saying they are avoiding posting and that really upsets me. Please try to gloss over certain posts and be your usual inspirational selves!

Snaggles, please try not to let cartain posts wind you up, the vast majority find your diary interesting and helpful or it wouldnt be viewed so often!

People who don't like the way this place is will come, find the advice they need, and go but those of us who enjoy the chit chat and diaries etc will still be here!

Imagine how dry it would be if we came on, asked a question, got an answer and left. Pah! And you probably wouldn't even get an answer as few things are black and white and many replies are peoples own interpretations/experiences etc.

i love this community, precisely because it is a community....... and b*gger all the trolls!!!
I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....
