Hi
I have just found a new pack of Mcdougalls flour in my cupboard which should have been used end of Oct. Would you use it or bin it?

Use it! What do you think could be wrong with it? I’m still using a packet that expired in August.0

With very old flour you risk flour mites, but I think that's stuff that's a year or so OOD (or even longer ?)
Why am I in this handcart and where are we going ?0 -
You can't miss mites! I'd use it0

Thanks everyone. I know it is only a few weeks but wasn't sure. Will have a look and see if it looks ok. It isn't in a bag but one of their plastic style ones.Stash Busting Challenge 2016 6/520
