Nintendo sent incomplete prize and ignoring me

Hi all
I need some advice please if any one has any experience in this.
Right earlier on this year I was lucky enough to be one of 25 winners of a detective Pikachu bundle. The prize was was despatched by Jonathan at Nintendo UK but arrived incomplete. My kids had agreed who would have what out of the bundle but my eldest son only wanted the box of Pok!mon cards which was missing.
The list of items in the bundle was listed in the t&C's which they emailed me at the time of notification of winning.
I have emailed Jonathan Bowman several times and he doesn't respond. Customer services just say they will notify the department and get back to me but don't.
I can't get anyone to respond and wonder what to do. I know it's only a box of Pok!mon trading cards but it was part of the prize contents that should have arrived. Pok!mon trading cards are expensive and my son was psyched he was going to get some as it's a trend at school. He is upset as every day comes home from school asking has it arrived.
Any experience from anyone with this please is greatly received.
Have a good day all and thanks in advance

Well done on your win.
It might be worth contacting them on their social media pages.

Hope they can resolve it for you.
Good luck0 -
I’m presuming that Jonathan is the person who also informed you of your win, if so, you could email him again, or the person who informed you, presuming someone did, and state a date by which you hope to have this resolved before you are forced to take it further (which would be putting in a complaint with ASA). in your email, just stick to facts but be firm, presuming that you have been polite and patient thus far.
A tweet asking if somebody could please sort out your dilemma could also help as they can’t delete it and won’t like the negative publicity0 -

Hiya
Thanks for answering. I have sent so many emails and the only contact I have is Jonathan as he was the one who informed me. I like the Twitter idea, will try that next. Fingers crossed. Yes the ASA complaint will go in next email. Thanks for your help0 -

The answer is to share them post a photo of an unhappy child on Facebook saying how he really wanted the cards.0
