Xmas tip for personal trainer?

Earlier this year I started having sessions with a personal trainer. I am really pleased with the improvement to my fitness.

But now we come to the dreaded question of Xmas and whether it is expected that one tips the PT - who is employed by my gym. As I understand it the PT fee is actually split between the PT and the gym. It’s not like he is on minimum wage; OTH should that matter to me?

Do I or don’t I tip? And if I do how much?

  • Don't give money - but as Socajam said, a bottle of wine (or whatever his favourite tipple is) will always be appreciated.
