I wanna buy fabric at wholesale prices

I'm looking into making some cat beds for a colleague who helps with a charity. I'm looking for an outlet (preferably wholesale) for fleece and material with cats on if poss but other designs considered.

I've googled but most want a fee for this information and I wondered if anyone knew of any fabric outlets, warehouses, fabric markets etc

I am willing to travel in the East Midlands area - Leicester, Notts, Lincs etc.

There is a fabric warehouse in Northampton but whether it is wholesale prices, I've no idea - haven't been for a while. I've had a very quick look on the website and I suspect it isn't what you are after but it might still be worth giving them a call.
