You can avoid an IPA. The OR will only challenge (and ask you to evidence) expenses that look too high. If they’re reasonable, they won’t.
Your gas and electric are way too low, put them up to £50 each.
Put up your cable / satellite.
Reduce your TV license to £13 as that the monthly cost.
You are unlikely to be allowed £30 a month for pet grooming.
