What is monthly minimum wage?

I am not sure this is the right forum for this question.
But I am interested in knowing what is the minimum pay for someone earning a monthly salary working 37.5 hrs/week?
How to calculate?
This is what I think it should be. For 2019
(Hourly rate* No. of work days in year*Daily work hours)/12
(8.21*253*7.5)/12
1298.2£/month
Is this correct? Or am I missing something?
Does this mean there is no pay for holidays and weekends? Should no. of days be 364?

    £8.21 x 37.5 = say £308 x 52/12 = £1335 a month

    There isn't one, it's by the hour.

    What you get paid per month could vary depending on work patterns, how it's calculated etc.

    If it were me, for someone who works 37.5 hours per week I'd do (£8.21*37.5*52)/12

    I'd use 260 working days in the year, which would encompass holidays if you want to think of it that way.

    If you let us know what the situation is we could probably give more specific advice.

    What we do is pay monthly for the no. of hours worked, but we pay in the month AFTER they were worked.

    So at the end of November we pay October's hours. Which removes any danger of underpayment in a month where there are more working days than others.

    on min wage to get a monthly figure you can't use annual /12 because min wage is defined as an hourly rate and a pay period which would be variable.

    (based on 37.5 hours worked per week the figure comes out to an average of between £1330 and £1340 per month)

    Any unpaid breaks in the 37.5 hour week also need to be factored in if they apply.

    I need to know monthly min. wage because I am planning to put away max. possible amount from my pay into my company pension.
    Max. amount I can put away = Pay - Min. Wage

    That min wage will vary pay period to pay period.

    You could work out the largest min wage pay period.

    That would also complicated by working extra hours in any pay period.

    How I did it for my pension was I know my hourly rate was twice the minimum wage so I put 50% of my wages into pension. I don't get breaks, just lunch unpaid for so it worked out fine.

    Whilst that's fine and everything. Typically jobs on minimum wage don't allow much to be put away into pension.
